Tips on Capturing Truth

Truth is found in the Scripture and it is the best tool to fight discouraging thoughts, fears, and worries that want to flood the mind. Nothing else quiets my soul, gives me peace, and renews my strength like Scripture.

Best technique I’ve found yet is notecards!

On one side, I put the entire verse and on the other side just the 1st letter of each word. This method helps so much with practicing and also makes review months down the road super easy.
